Located in the centre of Lugano, Asilo Ciani is a historic building dating back to the late 19th century, set within a 4,000 m² property enriched by century-old trees. The two-storey structure includes several rooms of different sizes, ranging from 10 to 60 m², all benefiting from natural light.

The heart of the building is the 280 m² central patio, featuring a pyramidal glass-and-metal skylight, period arches and parquet flooring.
